A great list of things to do in St Kilda delivered to you every Sunday evening

Special express edition #318
Macnamara held by Labor
After 10 days of counting, the Greens vote with preferences will stay just behind the ALP and Liberals.
Greens preferences will then re-elect Labor’s Josh Burns with a comfortable 62%.
Congratulation to Josh Burns.
Link to AEC’s latest count
While the counting of last postal ballots continues until later this week,
there are several early observations:
The Greens’ campaign increased their vote by over 5% – an impressive effort.
With Labor’s vote also up slightly, the Greens must have snatched the increase from previously conservative voters.
The Liberal vote was down 9% but they enjoyed a swag of preferences from other conservative candidates who polled about 6% in total.
The conclusion: Macnamara’s progressive vote is over 60% but spread ever so slightly in Labor’s favour.
Not surprising, but perpetually interesting.
