Colin has big ideas for Little Grey

Local artist, sign writer and mural maker Colin Sheppard as told The Age that he wants to create a St Kilda Walk of Art  along Little Grey Street, currently a shabby local laneway .
Thanks to Council local grants he has already created murals of drag queen Renee Scott and seminal rockers The Birthday Party.
But now he’s thinking big and hopes to add 50 more murals of ‘St Kilda Legends’ along the Lane.
It’s definitely an idea with promise and ironic potential – colorful characters for an otherwise grey area.
Who would you like to see as laneway legends?
