St Kilda Liberal enters the Senate
St Kilda resident David Van has been elected to the Senate .
He pipped outspoken independent Derryn Hinch and sitting ALP Senator Gavin Marshall for the final spot in the Senate.
David is founder of the South Melbourne based De Wintern Group, a corporate public relations consultancy.

Diagonally opposite the National Theatre there is now a small triangle of native garden thanks to hardworking and creative EcoCentre volunteers.
Council is involved, and there’s some State $$, but the big news is the effort by volunteers including landscape architect and recent migrant Francisca (read her story)
