Jazz High Tea with Mama Alto @ Pride Centre
Saturday 4 September
The Pride Fund along with Mama Alto are hosting a deluxe afternoon experience in the beautiful ground floor atrium spaces of the Victorian Pride Centre, with ticket sales raising funds for the Barbaresco Gardner Pavilion on the rooftop.
The event includes a luxurious high tea, salon jazz performances by Mama Alto and special guests, and a special fashion and hat parade, courtesy of the Australian Milliner’s Association and Yvonne Gardner’s estate.
Tickets on sale from August.

BIG Sculpture 2 is coming @ Veg Out
Artist applications open until 27 August
Applications from artists for the second biennale outdoor sculpture exhibition and competition at Veg Out are open.
Works can be medium to large in size, robust and able to withstand outdoor conditions.
Applications for ephemeral and site-specific sculptures are also welcomed.
Curated by Mariella Del Conte, Adrian Spurr and Rob Taylor, the exhibition has an impressive prize pool of $9500, with all awards being non-acquisitive.
