Artist Speakeasy: Video Boot Camp @ Linden

Tuesday 22 March > 6.30 pm – 7.30pm
PhD candidate Brie Trenerry will discuss professional practice in the making of moving image works, from video art to expanded cinema. She will offer advice on the practical concerns of working with digital video, including use of software, cameras, screens and ethical considerations. A panel of video professionals will be invited to sit in conversation with the audience.

Introduction to Macbeth @ St Kilda Library

Join actor and director Trent Baker from Bell Shakespeare for an in-depth look at Shakespeare’s classic play of dark and bloody deeds, Macbeth. Trent will combine textual analysis with practical activities to breathe new life into this great play, devising fresh interpretations of some of the greatest scenes and monologues ever written.

The Great Luna Park Easter Egg Hunt

On Easter Sunday, kids and adults alike can take part in Luna Park’s eggciting and mouthwatering 15,000-strong Easter egg hunt. The race will be on to see who can collect the most eggs, provided by master confectioner, Darrell Lea.
