Catherine Hill, a local filmmaker, is directing a film called ’Some Happy Day‘ which she also wrote. It tells the story of two St Kilda women, a social worker and a homeless woman, whose lives intersect over the course of 24 hours. It’s a feature film operating on a tight budget, and as such, they are looking for generous local people to volunteer their time as extras.
